3. Data Retention and Deletion

Important: Metadata does NOT include the actual content of your jobs, prompts, results, or uploaded files.

• Active accounts: Retained as long as your account is active

• Financial records: Retained for 7 years as required by law

3.4 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for downloading and storing any job results you wish to keep beyond the 30-day retention period. Once data is purged, it cannot be recovered.

5.1 Workers Processing Jobs

When you submit a job, the job data (input and specifications) is temporarily transmitted to a worker node for processing. Workers:

• Have temporary access to job data only during processing
• Are contractually required to maintain confidentiality
• Must not store, copy, or misuse job data
• Are subject to termination for violations

5.2 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us:
